    “Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Site or engaging Strativ’s services. “Strativ”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the owner/operator of the Site.

    Strativ provides IT and digital services including, but not limited to, software development, web and mobile app development, cloud solutions, AI integrations, and consulting. All services are subject to a separate written agreement.
  4. Eligibility
    By using the Site you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  5. Intellectual Property
    All content, design, graphics, code, and other materials on the Site are the intellectual property of Strativ or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and proprietary rights laws.

    You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited uses include interfering with Site operations, submitting harmful code, or attempting unauthorized access to systems.
  7. Client Contracts
    Any contractual relationship for services arises only from a signed agreement. Strativ may require upfront deposits, and payment terms will be specified in the service agreement.

    The Site and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Strativ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any content.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strativ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or services.

    The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Strativ is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
  11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
